• The rates quoted are based on double occupancy and is not based on an all- inclusive package. (Prices quoted are for accommodation only).

• We do not do part-time accommodation; rates are quoted at a 22 hr. service the lest.

• Meals are prepared based on request; make your request know on arrival or before day of need.

 

• A maximum of two (2) persons are allowed to a standard, deluxe …….  Three (3) persons to a Superior room and Four (4) persons to a Double-bed or Family Unit. An additional cost of $1000.00 Jamaican Dollars, or its foreign currency equivalent will be charged for a third or fourth person where applicable.

 

• Proper identification must be presented – a driver’s license, passport, voter’s ID etc.

 

• Once information is entered into log via receipt been written up NO CASH REFUND IS GIVEN a credit note is given where applicable.

• Request for additional bed (e.g. Groups) are at a cost: an additional twin bed is $ 500.00; an additional Double bed is $1,000.00.

 

• There are special discounts for our regular guest over a specified period & Security Personnel.

 

• Please speak with us about our special group rates.

 

• Discount are given based on length of stay and time of payment which means if payment will not be upfront package rates cannot be applied.
