24 hour Front Desk assistance,express check-in and out, access to daily news paper,non-smoking rooms, family rooms,air condition rooms.

* Please note all public and private spaces are non-smoking, a designated smoking area is provided, ask on checkin.

HOTEL POLICIES :

 -  Check-in: 2:00pm, if rooms are available before check-in time, you may check in.

 -  Check out:12:00 noon following day, you may request late check out at $1000 per extra hr.  If more than two            hrs. is requested you are automatically charged for a new day.  

 - Children 0-6yrs stay free of charge when using existing bedding, maximum # of children per shared bed is               two (2).  Additonal beds can be provided per room if the space allows at an charge of $800 per twin bed,      

        $1000 per Double bed.

 -  Room rates are double occupance rates.

 - Additional adult per room is at $1000 (maximum adult per      Comfy/Cozy room is (3), Family Units (4).

CANCELLATION:

It is possible to cancel your reservations without penalty within 3 days before arrival date. If cancelled later or in the case of no show, it becomes an automatic non-refundable booking,if cancellation is done on the day of arrival the first night will be charge as penalty. A GCT tax of 17.5% per night must be paid at the hotel,children under 10 years is exempt from payment.   .
